I have added a permanent section to this blog, “Nihonshu (Japanese Sake): Introduction and Guide to Bars and Shops.” It includes updated versions of the descriptions and explanations I posted previously (sake brewing process, nihonshu terminology, benefits of nihonshu, etc.), as well as guides for bars and liquor shops that stock quality nihonshu in central Fukuoka City. This guide will be updated periodically as I visit new bars and shops.
Northern Kyushu is one of the best places to try some of the best of Japan’s sake, so I encourage you to take a look!
This page can also be accessed from the menu at the top of the screen (click “Nihonshu (Japanese Sake)”).
I just found you via Illahee’s blog~ Cool to find another Fukuoka blogger, yo! I’ma keep my eyes on you~~ 🙂 Keep it up!
Thanks for reading! I’ll go check out your blog as well!
